Bytown District Council holds monthly meetings from August to April of the hockey season.  These meetings are an opportunity for Bytown Association presidents and District executives to share information, plan programs and policies, identify and resolve issues and collaborate on program delivery.  The Bytown District Annual General Meeting is held in May of each year, and provides an opportunity for the Bytown executive to present reports, including the proposed District budget for the coming year, and to elect officers.  Bytown District publishes the minutes of its monthly meetings and its Annual General Meetings.
