Comp Reg and Tryouts
Players intending to try-out for one of the competitive levels MUST register with their "home" association in advance of their first tryout with a competitive team. The home associations will have an option to indicate your player is trying out for competitive hockey and will not be charged the house registration fees.
In the case of players trying out for any of our Junior 67's teams they are NOT required to register with their home association prior to the upcoming May tryouts but are required to do so prior to the August portion of the tryout process.
In all other cases, players that are not registered with their home association will not be allowed to participate in tryout activities until their registration is completed.
Players must also complete a separate registration with the competitive association they are hoping to play for (be it the Junior 67s, the Ottawa Sting or the West Ottawa Golden Knights) in order to attend their try-outs.
All players trying out for competitive hockey will be offered a position in house if/when they are released from the competitive tryout process.
